Please carefully note the following, in order to be assured we can keep your appointment as scheduled.
- Only the named member on a membership card may conduct a license or ID transaction.
- Only one person will be serviced per appointment time slot.
- Please make a separate appointment for each person in your party. Each person will need to present their AAA membership card.
- Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to have your paperwork verified. Anyone arriving 5 minutes after their scheduled time or does not have all the required paperwork according to state and federal requirements will be rescheduled.
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, you still may experience a wait when you arrive. In the event of a system outage, or office closure, we will make every attempt to notify you, however your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
