At AAA, the well-being of our employees and members is a top priority. We diligently follow Centers for Disease Control and state guidelines for protective gear, social distancing, cleaning, and sanitizing. Our employees are trained in safety and wellness procedures and participate in daily health screenings. We always limit the number of people in our facilities and require face coverings. Our most trafficked member-facing environments have implemented extra safety measures.
Rest assured; we develop our strict safety and wellness protocols to protect our most valued asset, our loyal employees.

Practicing Safety for the Long Haul
AAA Northeast roadside technicians take safety seriously, and it shows. Already experts at avoiding collisions, injuries and damage in some of the toughest situations, several technicians hold exemplary safety records of five or more years. And AAA recently recognized their everyday excellence, awarding jackets and pins to denote their status. Fleet Technicians Jonathan Hadfield and Kurt Thorne share their experiences working on the road.
