Prime Equity Lines of Credit
We designed our credit lines to fit you and your lifestyle. The interest on the portion of the credit extension that is greater than the fair market value of the dwelling is not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.  Consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of interest.

*Minimum loan amounts start at $25,000 for above rates. Borrowing $25,000 at 6.99% APR for 60 months results in payments of $494.91 per $25,000 borrowed.  Other rates, terms and amounts available. 

**The annual percentage rate is based on the value of an "index", which is the PRIME RATE AS PUBLISHED IN THE WALL STREET JOURNAL minus .51% for the loan term. The lender will use the most recent index value available as of the date of any annual percentage rate adjustment. Daily rate adjustments are based on changes in the index (as of January 2, 2025, rate was 7.50 %). Rate is variable but will not go below 4.00% for the life of the line. Minimum Line of Credit is $20,000.  Other rates, terms and amounts available.
