2023 commemorates the fourth consecutive year that AAA Northeast is recognized as a Best Places to Work Rhode Island among enterprise employers (500+ employees). Best Places to Work in Rhode Island is a statewide survey and awards program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Rhode Island, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. The award distinguishes over 70 Rhode Island-based organizations based on human resources policies, programs, and the results of a confidential employee survey. The survey gauges an employee’s overall satisfaction with their employer, work environment, and culture.

AAA Northeast was named a winner in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America. AAA Northeast also received regional Healthiest Employer awards honors in RI, MA, CT, NJ and NY. Healthiest Employers is an innovative awards program created to recognize those companies that proactively shape the health of their employees. This award honors organizations demonstrating care for their employees by investing in health and well-being solutions and initiatives. This prestigious honor demonstrates a commitment to employee training and enrichment, including its financial investment, the scope of employee development programs and effectiveness toward goals. The Club was also recognized with a Best Practice award for our GROW Coaching Program.

Leaders and Achievers Award

Providence Business News’ newest award program recognizes 25 leaders and achievers for their notable success and strong leadership both in their fields and to the region.
