2024 commemorates the fifth consecutive year that AAA Northeast is recognized as a Best Places to Work Rhode Island and earned first place among enterprise employers (500+ employees). Best Places to Work in Rhode Island is a statewide survey and awards program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Rhode Island, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. The award distinguishes over 70 Rhode Island-based organizations based on human resources policies, programs, and the results of a confidential employee survey. The survey gauges an employee’s overall satisfaction with their employer, work environment, and culture.
