2024 commemorates the fifth consecutive year that AAA Northeast is recognized as a Best Places to Work Rhode Island and earned first place among enterprise employers (500+ employees). Best Places to Work in Rhode Island is a statewide survey and awards program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Rhode Island, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. The award distinguishes over 70 Rhode Island-based organizations based on human resources policies, programs, and the results of a confidential employee survey. The survey gauges an employee’s overall satisfaction with their employer, work environment, and culture.

In 2020, 2022, and 2023 AAA Northeast ranked as a Top Places to Work in Massachusetts among large employers. This award recognizes and ranks 150 organizations based on a statewide employee survey, covering areas such as company culture, values, communication, and innovation. Top Workplaces provides AAA an opportunity to highlight our people-centered culture and celebrate the good. It offers a great measure of our culture and gives our employees a voice.

2024 commemorates the sixth consecutive year that AAA Northeast is recognized by Training Magazine as an Apex Award winner. This prestigious honor demonstrates a commitment to employee training and enrichment, including its financial investment, the scope of employee development programs and effectiveness toward goals. The Club was also recognized with a Best Practice award for our GROW Coaching Program.
