AAA Northeast has been helping and serving the public for more than 100 years. Our employees are stewards of this legacy. They are committed to our mission in the workplace and in their communities.

Employee Empowerment

We provide various opportunities for employees to give time, money and energy to the causes that matter most to them. We support eight employee charitable committees throughout our territory, each funded with thousands of dollars and empowered to donate and provide volunteer support to community organizations of their choosing. We match employee charitable donations dollar for dollar. And we give employees paid time off to volunteer on their own or through group events with other employees.

Leadership Inspiration

Our executive team leads by example in coordinating volunteer events for employees throughout the year. They have organized wellness basket deliveries to health care workers, awareness and fundraising activities for the American Heart Association and regular weekly delivery routes for Meals on Wheels among other opportunities.

Member Engagement

We understand that our members are also passionate about making a difference. We offer various ways for members to get involved in their communities.
