Who can attend a webinar or seminar? +

Any AAA member over the age of 18 can attend to learn more about our range of life insurance products. You are welcome to attend with guests over the age of 18 who are non-AAA members, but we do ask that everyone preregisters.

Is there a cost for this event? +

Our seminar and webinars are free for everyone, but again, we do ask that all attendees preregister.

What time should I arrive? +

We recommend arriving to our seminars 15 minutes prior to the start time so you’re able to sign in and get settled before we begin. While our webinars simply require joining a meeting virtually, we recommend joining 5-10 minutes prior to the start time to ensure everything is working properly and you’re able to access your sound.

How long are the webinars and seminars? +

Times may vary depending on questions, however each event program is approximately 45 minutes in length.

Can I bring my child or grandchild to this event? +

While we recognize that sometimes childcare can be hard to come by, our seminars are designed to be more hands-on and conversational amongst presenters and participants. It is not an ideal setting for small children. We hope that with a number of seminar dates and webinar options there is an event that fits your schedule!

What happens if I’m unable to attend the event I registered for? +

Using the contact information from your registration, our agents will follow up if you do not attend the webinar or seminar you were registered for. You are welcome to register for an alternative event at your convenience.

What if the current dates or times don’t work for my schedule? +

We currently add new webinars and seminars on a quarterly basis. If you do not see an event at this time that would work for you, you are welcome to schedule a call and speak to an agent directly.
