What is a Future Travel Credit and why did I receive one? +
A Future Travel Credit is a credit you have earned that can be used toward a future trip booked with AAA Travel. You may have received it through a recent booking, a promotion, an event, or as part of your AAA membership benefits.
How do I know if I have a Future Travel Credit? +
Your AAA Travel Advisor can quickly check whether you have an available credit. We are also reaching out to members to help ensure no credits go unused or are overlooked.
How do I use my Future Travel Credit? +
Simply book a trip with a AAA Travel Advisor and let them know you have a Future Travel Credit. The credit will be applied to your eligible booking, typically at the time of final payment.
What bookings qualify for my Future Travel Credit? +
Most Future Travel Credits can be applied toward new cruise or tour bookings through AAA Travel. Some credits may require a minimum booking value or have specific terms and conditions. Your AAA Travel Advisor can confirm the eligibility requirements for your particular credit.
When does my credit expire and can it be extended? +
Most Future Travel Credits are valid for approximately one year from the date they are issued. If the credit is not used before its expiration date, it will expire and can no longer be applied to a booking. While extensions are not guaranteed, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances. Your AAA Travel Advisor can confirm your specific expiration date and available options.
Can I combine my Future Travel Credit with other credits or offers? +
Typically, only one Future Travel Credit can be used per booking. Credits are generally combinable with supplier promotions, but they usually cannot be combined with other AAA Travel offers. Your AAA Travel Advisor can review the rules that apply to your booking.
Is a Future Travel Credit the same as AAA credit card rewards? +
No. Future Travel Credits are separate from AAA credit card rewards or points. Future Travel Credits must be redeemed through AAA Travel and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Can I cash out, transfer, or gift my Future Travel Credit? +
No. Future Travel Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits are generally assigned to the membership and cannot be gifted or transferred to someone outside of the household or membership.

Vacation discount will be applied as a credit to any new cruise, tour or vacation package booking made with a AAA Northeast travel advisor within twelve (12) months of the issue date. Travel can take place at any time. Only one travel credit can be used per booking and will be applied at time of final payment. The discount is not combinable with other AAA Northeast offers, but is combinable with any travel partner promotions.
