Regardless of your position or place of work, rest assured that we continue to follow guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as state and local health authorities. We also review and enhance our protocols regularly. The safety of our employees and members will always be our top priority.

Protecting and defending our nation in military service is a true act of heroism. As an organization, we have the same sense of duty in serving our members. Veterans and active service members have valuable skills, and we offer opportunities to engage them in fulfilling careers of leadership, decision-making and service. Your talents help drive us forward.

We understand the difficulties of transitioning to civilian life and the strain that active deployment places on families. We are committed to providing support through these times. We offer a robust benefit package, including one-on-one coordination when discontinuing Tricare. We honor our employees for their military service with tributes both internally and externally every year.

We look out for the families of our service members when they are deployed, sending yellow ribbons to their homes so they know we care, and we want to help. We work with them to send care packages, cards and video messages to those deployed, and we provide “welcome home” signs upon their return.

We are committed to helping veterans and service members in our communities and support organizations such as Feed Our Vets, Operation Stand Down and Massachusetts Military Support Foundation with donations and volunteer efforts. We attend dedicated hiring events to seek out veterans, military personnel and their families for employment.

At AAA, we take care of one another and our members so we can have a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work.
